Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to or using the Qbets service. By accessing qbets.io or joining the Qbets Telegram channel, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Qbets is an information and data analysis service that tracks sharp money movements in sports betting markets — specifically simultaneous line movements at Pinnacle and Betfair. We publish these movements ("steam alerts") as informational signals via Telegram.
Important: Qbets does not hold a gambling licence. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or licensed tipster service. We provide data analysis and market information for educational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes financial or gambling advice.

By subscribing, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.
Access to Qbets alerts is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Details of current plans and pricing are displayed on the website at qbets.io/#pricing. Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe on a recurring cycle (monthly or as stated at checkout). You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide at each renewal date until you cancel.
If a free trial period is offered, it will be stated clearly at checkout. After the trial, your selected plan will begin billing automatically. Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked for the duration of continuous active subscription and is forfeited upon cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. To cancel, manage your subscription via the link provided in your confirmation email, or contact support@qbets.io.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their first payment. After this window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law (e.g. EU Consumer Rights Directive). Partial-month refunds are not provided.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry it. If the payment remains outstanding, access to the service may be suspended. You will be notified by email in the event of a payment failure.
No guarantee of profit. Past results published on qbets.io are historical data only. They do not guarantee, predict, or imply future performance. Sports betting involves inherent unpredictability. You may lose money.

We reserve the right to close accounts of users who we believe are experiencing gambling harm, in their best interest.
Upon successful subscription and payment, you will receive access to the private Qbets Telegram channel where alerts are delivered. Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your access credentials or invite others into the channel without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to remove access from any user who shares channel access without permission, with no refund.
All content published on qbets.io and within the Qbets Telegram channel — including alert formats, statistical analyses, website design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Qbets. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the service without express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you rights that cannot be waived.
EU residents also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
You may terminate your subscription at any time as described in Section 3.4.
